the product I ordered in the picture and what I recieved are not the same. I am off work this week and would love to use my laptop but can not because I have no adapter. I read on the site that this company is small and has great customer service but have not heard back from them or had a e-mail that they even recieved my e-mail.

My original laptop ac adaptor broke and this product was nice because it was inexpensive and it works great. Only disappointment is how much shorter it was then my original ac adadptor.
